About Us

The focus at the Meticulous Marksman is precision Marksmanship. We are not oriented to “Run and Gun” exercises and or defensive shooting styles. Although if you participate in these activities, our reloading classes are a must for you! Our Foundational Pillars

Be Safe

When proper safety is observed, the shooting sports are incredibly safe. but ONLY when these rules are observed! 1. Always Keep Your Muzzle Pointed in a Safe Direction. 2. Always Keep Your Finger Off the Trigger until Ready to Shoot 3. Always Keep Your Firearm Unloaded Until Ready to Use. 4. Always Know Your Target and What is Beyond

Be Present

You simply can not be successful at the shooting sports until you have mastered the art of “Being Present” 1. Never engage in shooting activities unless you are ready to pay absolute undivided attention. 2. Always approach the shooting sports and those engaged in the sport with respect and humility. 3. Always observe proper range etiquette and observe the range rules at all times. 4. Always respect nature, the outdoors, and the environment while engaged in shooting or hunting, and always. 5. Remember that bullets can never be “Called Back!”

Be a Role Model

As a member of the 2A community we and our students pledge to be “the good guys" 1. Don’t be “That Guy!” We all know someone who “Knows it all!” Ever meet him at a gun store or the range? DON'T BE HIM. 2. We try and offer inclusive, friendly, and easy to understand instruction, tailored to the student’s level of knowledge and ability. 3. We won't move on until the student confirms the understanding of underlying principles upon which our courses build. 4. We want your experience with us to be fun, safe, and instructive. We want you to become better at your craft.
